Abstract: The conducting effect of the report gene ( Neomycin phosphotransferaseⅡ, nptⅡ) between the rootstocks and scions was studied by using micro-grafting of the transgenic lines of Malus domestica‘Gala’, wild type Gala, and apple rootstock of M26 in vitro. The results showed that the exogenous nptⅡ gene
was only expressed in transgenic explants and it did not conduct between the scions and rootstocks by micrografting.
