摘要:
简要介绍了全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association study,GWAS)的基本原理、分析流程及优势,重点阐述了苹果物候期、外观和内在品质、抗生物和非生物胁迫等重要性状相关基因鉴定研究取得的新进展,提出了当前研究的局限性并预测了前景,旨在为培育苹果突破性品种提供理论依据和参考。
