萝卜雄性不育恢复基因的遗传及恢保关系的研究

摘要: 利用萝卜雄性不育系、保持系及恢复系, 系统研究了育性恢复基因的遗传、恢复系的细胞质育性
以及3 种不育细胞质之间的恢保关系。结果表明: 育性恢复系由细胞核内一对或两对显性基因控制, 其细胞质为可育细胞质。恢复系基因型为N (Ms1Ms1Ms2ms2) 、N(Ms1ms1Ms2Ms2 ) 、N (Ms1Ms1ms2ms2 ) 、N (ms1ms1Ms2Ms2 ) 。
3 种萝卜雄性不育细胞质的恢保关系不同, 表明它们属于不同类型的不育细胞质。

Abstract: The inheritance of restoring genes for cytoplasmic-nucleus male sterility and the relationship between three sterile cytoplasms were studied using male sterile lines , maintainers and restorers of radish. The results indicated that the restoring line was controlled by one or two pairs of genes in nuclear. The cytoplasm was fertile one. The genotypes of restoring line were N (Ms1Ms1Ms2ms2) , N (Ms1ms1Ms2Ms2) , N(Ms1Ms1ms2ms2) , N (ms1ms1Ms2Ms2) . The relationship between the three cytoplasms was different which showed that they did not belong to the same types.
