Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Thioredoxin-h-like THL2 Gene in Brassica napus L. and Brassica olereacea L.

Abstract: Thioredoxin-h-like protein DNA and c DNA were amplified from genomic DNA and stigma total RNA in Brassica napus L.and B.olereacea L. by PCR and RT-PCR method respectively.Sequence analysis first indicated THL2 gene contained two introns.which were diferent in size between B.napus L. and B.olereacea L. Homologous analysis demonstrated that there was 96% identity of DNA from B.napus L. and B.olereacea L..
