Study on Red Globe Grape Leaf and Petiole Adventitious Bud RegeneratingSystem

Abstract: It is necessary to establish an efficient regenerating system before genetic transformation of grapevine. In this study, an efficient regenerat ing system was established. Advent itious buds were obtained from the leaves of Red Globe ( Vitis vinif era L. ) , and the factors that affect adventit ious bud regeneration were studied. The regenerating rate of adventitious bud had relationship with the kinds and the concentrat ion of plant growth regu lator, leaf position, etc. The opt imum medium for advent itious bud regeneration was found, which is NN69+ BA 2. 0- 2. 5 mg/ L+ IBA 0. 2 mg/ L. The regenerating rate of the adventitious bud from the first top leaf was the
highest.
