Abstract: ‘Zijingganlu’is a Vitis amurensis Rupr. cultivar that can produce dry red wine by a single cultivar，which hybridized by high-quality wine grape‘Zuoshaner’（♀）and‘Hasan’（♂）. Fruit spike conically with split shoulder or secondary spike，pericarp black，fruit spherical，flesh green，no fleshy sac，2–4 seeds，hermaphrodite flower.‘Zijingganlu’has strong growth potential，strong cold resistance，strong disease resistance，and short growth period，the rate of 2-year flowering and planting reached 84.0%，4-year reached high yield，the average yield of 4–6 year grapevine was 1 876 kg • km-2. Fruit soluble solids reached 21.0%，total acid was 11.6 g • L-1，the juice rate was 65.5%.
