cDNA-AFLP Analysis on Genes Associated with Vernalization in Vitro inBrassica campestris ssp. chinensis

摘要: 借助cDNA-AFLP技术分离到15个与白菜离体春化反应相关的表达序列标签( EST) 。Blast结
果表明: 低温春化处理抑制性表达的12个EST, 多与异化作用相关基因同源性较高; 春化诱导表达的3个EST, 分别与编码核糖体蛋白的亚基(或与自主开花途径相关的FAC基因连锁的因子) , ATPase的亚基,小G - 蛋白亚基的基因同源性较高。

Abstract: Fifteen ESTs associated with vernalization in vitro of Chinese cabbage-pak-choi (Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis Makino) were isolated by cDNA-AFLP. Blast results showed that 12 ESTs down-regulated by vernalization had high similarity to genes encoding enzymes involved in the disassimilation. 3 ESTs up regulated had high similarity to geneswith positive effect on vernalization, including ribosomal protein subunit related to the synthesis of priotein or the linkage factor of FAC involved in auto flowering pathway, the
subunit of ATPase, and the subuint of small-G-protein.
