摘要: 植物苯丙烷类代谢包括苯丙氨酸代谢及其下游分支产物合成代谢。茄科蔬菜作物中以苯丙氨酸为合成前体物质的代谢物花青素、绿原酸、木质素、原花青素、芦丁等与产品品质、抗性等密切相关。对茄科蔬菜苯丙烷类代谢及相关酶基因研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Phenylaprapanoid metabolism in plant contains phenylalanine metabolism and some products anabolism in its downstream branches. The metabolites such as anthocyanin,chlorogenic acid,lignin,procyanidine,rutin and so on take phenylalanine as the precursor substance in Solanaceae vegetables are closely related with product quality and resistance. This review provides the advances in phenylaprapanoid metabolism and its enzyme genes in Solanaceae vegetables.
