摘要: 对60份枸杞种质(品种) 资源的平均新梢日生长量、落果率、花径、叶片长度、叶片宽度、 叶片厚、叶柄长、节间长和第一花序长等9项植物学数量性状指标进行研究和统计分析。结果表明, 9项 指标变异系数均在18%以上, 其次数分布图均为正态分布。根据分布状况, 提出5级分级指标, 其中3级 作为中间级, 是概率分布最高的范围。每个性状的每个等级有1~2个公认或广泛栽培的品种作参照品种。

Abstract: quantitative characteristics of 60 wolfberry germplasms were investigated at Wolfberry Genetic Collection in Yinchuan, Ningxia from 1998 to 2006. The characteristics including average quantity of shoot growing, percentage of drop, flower diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, leaf stalk,length, internode length and first inflorescence length were analyzed statistically. The results showed that the coefficients of variation of all quantitative characteristics were above 18% and all frequency distributions were
in normal distribution. Grade index was given by statistical data for wolf berry description. The grade indexes were recorded on 1 - 5 scales, and the third grade as a middle one occupied the most distribution. In general,one or two reference cultivars for each grade were given, which are planted or used by breeders widely in China.
