A New High-flavonoid Apple Cultivar‘Xinghong’

摘要: ‘幸红’苹果是从‘嘎拉’ב红脆1号’的后代中选育出的新品种。树势强,长、中、短枝均能结果,有连续结果能力。果实近圆形,高桩,果形指数0.9,平均单果质量149.3 g。果面着红色,光亮,可免套袋。果肉略带粉红色,肉质细脆,硬度10.9 kg • cm-2,可溶性固形物含量13.6%,可滴定酸含量0.33%,糖酸比41.2,酸甜适口,类黄酮含量0.64 mg • g-1,花青苷含量10.32 mg • kg-1,外观、营养、鲜食及贮运品质优良。果实发育期140 d左右,早果性、丰产性强,产量31.27 t • hm-2。

Abstract: ‘Xinghong’is a new apple cultivar derived from the cross‘Gala’בHongcui 1’(Malus sieversii בHanfu’). The long,medium and short branches can bear fruit. It has strong tree potential,continuous bearing capacity. The fruit is nearly round,high stakes,with an average fruit weight of 149.3 g,and its fruit shape index is 0.9;The whole fruit surface is bright red,smooth and glossy,with no need for bagging;The flesh is slightly pink,the flesh hardness is 10.9 kg • cm-2,the flesh is fine,crisp,sweet and sour. The soluble solid content is 13.6%,the titratable acid is 0.33%,the sugar/acid ratio is 41.2,the anthocyanin content of the flesh is 10.32 mg • kg-1. It has good appearance,nutrition and storage and transportation quality. The fruit development period is about 140 days. The yield is 31.27 t • hm-2.
