Abstract: ‘Neifan 401’is a new tomato cultivar with the inbred line A1-512 as famale parent and C390 as male parent. It is an early-maturing type with a growth period of about 100 days,resistant to root-knot nematodes and tobacco mosaic virus（TMV）,moderately resistant to tobacco mosaic virus（CMV）and blight. It belongs to infinite growth type. The fruit is round shape,ripening fruits is pink while young fruit with green shoulder.The surface of the fruit is smooth and the fruit’s navel is small. The single fruit weight is approximately 130 g. The soluble solids content is 7%-8% and lycopene content is 46.4 mg · kg^-1，sweet and sour taste. The yield is 63 185 kg · hm^-2. It is suitable for the cultivation of early spring or over wintering in greenhouse of the Northwest China.
