Abstract: ‘Yuanrun 65’is the new root mustard F₁ hybrid cultivar,which had good shape and excellent quality,and was crossed from the cytoplasmic male sterile line and inbred line. The cultivar can be harvested after about 65 d of planting. The root ball is conical,with a height of 15.7 cm and a width of 12.8 cm. It is smooth,round,less fiber,good taste,and the average weight of a single root ball is 0.97 kg,and the yield is 97 120 kg · hm^-2. It is resistant to downy mildew,and had strong tolerance to bolting. It is suitable to be planted in Beijing,Guizhou,Fujian,Yunnan,Hubei,Guangxi,Shaanxi,Guangdong,Sichuan,and Chongqing of China.
