雪花莲外源凝集素基因在大白菜中的表达和抗蚜性遗传分析

摘要: 通过农杆菌介导法将雪花莲外源凝集素基因(gna)导入了大白菜自交系282。分子检测和抗虫试验表明gna基因已整合进大白菜基因组,转基因植株较非转化对照植株有一定的抗蚜虫能力,抗虫性好的植株可以检测到较强的gna基因转录产物;后代遗传分析表明外源基因在转基因大白菜植株282-3和282-9的T1代呈3:1的孟德尔分离比例。

Abstract: Molecular test and insect bioassays with aphid (Myzus persicae Sulzer) larvae verified that gna gene had been integrated into Chinese cabbage genome mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciem ,and all 7 transgenic plants were aphid resistant,strong mRNA of gna could be detected in transgenic plants with higher insect resistance. The results of inheritance analysis showed foreign gene in 2 transgenic Chinese cabbage plants 282-3 and 282-9 is in the model of the simple Mendel’s fashion in their T1 progenies.
