Semi Vitro Culture of Pear Style and Identification of the Genotypes of Pea rSe rf-incompatibility

摘要: :切取梨授粉花柱进行半离体培养的结果表明,杂交不亲和性组合从花柱基部长出花粉管的花
柱比率为0~32.4% ,且大多在16% 以下,而杂交亲和性组合为51.6% ~86.7% ,与田间杂交授粉的坐果率
应用此方法鉴定出了梨品种‘筑水’、‘喜水’及‘爱甘水’的s基因型分别为s s 、s s 、及s s 。

Abstract: Abstract:The results of semi vitro culturing pollinated styles excised from plan ts indicated that the amount of
po llen tubes from style bottoms and the percentage of styles with po len tubes through their bo ttoms in all tested
styles difered wi th the CroSS corotfinations including the incompatible combination an d compatible comb ination.For
the former ones, the percentage ran ged from 0 to 32.4% , most of which were under 16% , while for the latter
ones. the percentage ranged from 51.6% to 86.7% that was ClOSe to the rate of field fruit setting after CroSS-polination.
Furtherm ore. when the pollen germination rate Was above 20% , there Was no significan t diference between
the flowers from the room water cultured flowering woods an d field orchards as for the percentage of styles with po len
tubes through their bottoms in all styles.So we can extend the time span of collecting materials for our experiments.
For the first time,the method of semi vitro culturing po llinated pear styles including CroSS compatible an d CroSS incompatible
Was repo rted.We have also identified the genotypes of pear cuhivars Chikusui, Kisui an d Aikansui,
nam ely 5354, $4S5 an d $4S5, respe ctively.
