A New Mid-early Ripening Pear Cultivar‘Meiyu’

‘美玉’是从‘金二十世纪’ב金花4号’的杂交后代中选育出的中早熟梨新品种。树势中庸,树姿直立,萌芽力、成枝力强。果实扁圆形,平均单果质量252 g;果皮绿黄色,皮薄,果柄短;果肉乳白色,松脆多汁,风味甘甜,品质上乘。可溶性固形物含量12.5% ~ 14.3%,可滴定酸含量0.2%,果实硬度5.7 kg · cm-2。在石家庄地区8月上旬成熟,果实生育期137 ~ 142 d,盛果期产量可达 45 111.4 kg · hm-2

‘Meiyu’is a new mid-early ripening pear cultivar derived from the cross of‘Gold Nijisseik’and‘Jinhua 4’. The trees have moderate growth vigor,upright posture,strong budding force and branching ability. The fruit is oblate and round,with an average single fruit weight of 252 g. The peel is yellow green,thin. The fruit stalk is short. The flesh is milky white,crisp,juicy,sweet. The soluble solids content is 12.5%-14.3%,and the titratable acid content is 0.2%. The fruit hardness is 5.7 kg · cm-2. The fruit ripens in early August in Shijiazhuang area,and the fruit development period is 137-142 d. The yield is 45 111.4 kg · hm-2.
