A New Cold-resistant Crispy Pear Cultivar‘Yucuixiang’

摘要: ‘玉翠香’是以‘南果’梨为母本,‘锦丰’梨为父本杂交育成的抗寒脆肉梨新品种。果实圆形,平均单果质量181.1 g;果皮黄绿色,无果锈,果点大小及密度显著小于‘锦丰’;果肉黄白色,口感松脆,肉质细,果汁多,风味酸甜,硬度127.0 N • cm-2,可溶性固形物含量13.68%,可滴定酸含量0.473%,品质优良。在辽宁兴城地区9月中旬果实成熟,果实生育期139 d,抗寒性强,高抗黑星病,丰产(45 255 kg • hm-2),品质优。

Abstract: ‘Yucuixiang’is a new cold resistant crispy pear cultivar bred by crossing‘Nanguo’ pear as female parent and‘Jinfeng’pear as male parent. The fruit is round with an average single fruit weight of 181.1 g. The peel is yellow green without rust. The size and density of fruit spots are significantly smaller than that of‘Jinfeng’. The flesh is yellow white,crisp,fine,juicy,and the flavor is sweet and sour. The hardness is 127.0 N • cm-2. The soluble solids content is 13.68%,and the titratable acid content is 0.473%. In Xingcheng,Liaoning Province,the fruit matures in mid-September. The fruit growth period is 139 d. It has strong cold resistance,high resistance to scab,high yield(45 255 kg • hm-2)and excellent quality.
