摘要: ‘金鸡 1 号’是从安徽省六安市霍山地方群体种中,通过单株选择、系统选育而成的茶树新 品种。灌木型,中叶类,中生种,具有品质优、产量高的特点。一芽二叶蒸青样水浸出物含量 48.0%,茶 多酚含量 20.0%,氨基酸含量 4.9%,咖啡碱含量 3.1%。适制绿茶和红茶。制毛峰绿茶,香气浓郁、花香 明显、口感醇爽;制工夫红茶,香气、滋味、叶底表现优良。耐寒性较强,病虫害抗性中等。适宜在与 安徽六安气候环境相近的江北、江南茶区种植推广。

Abstract: ‘Jinji 1’is a new Camellia sinensis cultivar which was selected from Huoshan local varieties through single plant selection and systematic breeding in Anhui Province. It is a shrub type, medium leaf and middle sprouting clone. It has the characteristics such as excellent quality and high yield. It has abundant components. The content of water extract,tea polyphenols,amino acids and caffeine in the steamed sample of one bud and two leaves was 48.0%,20.0%,4.9% and 3.1%,respectively. It is suitable for making green tea and black tea. The Maofeng green tea made with this cultivar has strong aroma, obvious flower aroma and mellow taste,while the Kongfu black tea has excellent aroma,taste and leaf bottom. It has strong cold resistance and moderate disease and insect resistance. It is suitable for planting and popularizing in Jiangbei and Jiangnan tea areas which are similar to the climate of Lu’an in Anhui Province.
