摘要: 利用携带质粒pBI1301 (含有GUS NPTII) 的根癌农杆菌转化葡萄胚性愈伤组织, 对比5 种
酚类物质对遗传转化效率的影响。结果表明: 阿魏酸与乙酰丁香酮相比, GUS 点数无显著差异, 最佳浓度为150 mg/L。芥子酸和丁香酸的效果也显著高于不添加酚类物质的对照。

Abstract: In order to find out more efficient and cheaper phenolic compounds insteading of 3 , 5-dimetho xy4-hydro xyaceto phenone (AS) to improve efficiency of Agrobacterium-mediated transformation into grape , this research utilized Agrobacterium strain LBA4404 carrying pBI1301 with GUS and NPTII to transfer embryogenic callus of grape. The results showed that , compared with AS , trans-ferulic acid was better than AS , with the best concentration of 150 mg/ L ; 4-Hydroxy-3 , 5-dimethoxy-benzoesaure and erucic acid also had a significant efficiency of genetic transformation than control II (phenolic compound free) .
