In order to select the grape rootstock cultivated varieties with strong comprehensive resistance,the tolerance of 10 grape rootstocks to drought,waterlogging and salt stress were studied. The results showed that‘520A’had the best comprehensive performance and strong resistance to three kinds of stress;‘420A’had strong resistance to two kinds of stress,‘3309M’‘1103P’and‘110R’had strong resistance to only one of them,while‘Beta’and‘101-14’had weak resistance to three kinds of stress. In addition,the increase of resistance to osmotic stress was positively correlated with the accumulation of soluble sugar,proline,MDA and Ca2+,but negatively correlated with chlorophyll.
