摘要: ‘玉莹兜兰’是以同色兜兰(Paphiopedilum concolor)优良株系为母本,报春兜兰(Paph. primulinum)优良株系为父本人工授粉杂交选育而成,为斑叶类兜兰盆花品种。生长势较强,叶片矩圆形 至狭椭圆形,叶面绿色,具深绿相间的网格斑,平均长 13.1 cm、宽 3.3 cm。花葶深紫色,平均长 11.0 cm, 平均花朵数 1.9;花朵平均横径 8.5 cm、纵径 8.7 cm。中萼片白色,具绿色纵脉,平均长 6.4 cm、宽 4.7 cm; 花瓣长 5.7 cm,宽 2.6 cm,黄白色,具绿色脉和紫色细斑;唇瓣深囊状,黄色,长 4.5 cm、宽 2.0 cm。退 化雄蕊马蹄形,倒心形,有绿色脐状突起。设施栽培下花期 4—5 月,单朵花寿命约 45 d。

Abstract: ‘Yu Ying’is a new Paphiopedilum cultivar developed by crossing two excellent strains of female parent Paph. concolor and male parent Paph. primulinum. It is a novel potted orchid cultivar belonging to the spotted-leaf group of slipper orchids,and exhibits strong growth. The leaf is rectangular round to narrowly elliptic,green in color with a deep green interlaced network pattern. The average length and width of the leaf are 13.1 cm and 3.3 cm. The peduncle is deep purple,with an average length of 11.0 cm and an average of 1.9 flowers. The average horizontal and vertical diameters of the flower are 8.5 cm and 8.7 cm,respectively. The dorsal sepal is white with green longitudinal veins,with an average length and width of 6.4 cm and 4.7 cm,respectively. The petals are yellowish-white with green veins and purple speckles,with 5.7 cm long and 2.6 cm wide. The labellum is yellow,sack-shaped,and measures 4.5 cm in length and 2.0 cm in width. The staminodes horseshoe is shaped with obcordate with green umbilical protrudes. The flowering period is from April to May,with a lifespan of approximately 45 d per flower.
