摘要:
2018—2021年连续4年对沃柑进行留树保鲜试验,在1—6月每月采集和分析其果实品质,调查统计温度、降雨、落果、枯水和浮皮等情况。结果显示:沃柑留树保鲜期间,春季温度回升导致果面褪红转黄,果实持续生长,6月中旬单果质量、横径和纵径分别比1月增加29.2% ~ 40.4%、7.6% ~ 9.8%和7.5% ~ 11.5%;果实可溶性固形物含量在2—3月出现第1个高峰(13.03% ~ 15.97%),4月新梢生长和开花阶段则下降,5月开始上升,6月中旬又超过2—3月水平;化渣性评分(0 ~ 100分)在80分以上,其中3月评分最高;可食率和出汁率无显著变化,但果皮硬度、果肉硬度、可滴定酸和维生素C在留树保鲜期间下降,6月中旬比1月分别降低21.3% ~ 23.9%、15.8% ~ 45.1%、28.4% ~ 53.2%和27.2% ~ 45.4%;喷布杀菌剂可高效防治真菌感染落果,留果约1/2对翌年产量无显著影响。沃柑果实留树保鲜至6月中旬品质优良,可填补夏季优质柑橘市场空缺。
