Recent Advances in the Role and Mechanism of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza- induced Improvement of Abiotic Stress Tolerance in Horticultural Plants

摘要: 围绕干旱、盐渍、重金属和温度胁迫等非生物逆境,综述了丛枝菌根在提高园艺植物抗逆性中的作用,阐述了丛枝菌根特异性转录因子调控植物抗逆性的分子机制,探讨了植物生长调节剂、光环境、CO2浓度、营养元素等外源因子在增强丛枝菌根抗逆性效应上的作用,以期为利用丛枝菌根提高园艺植物抗逆性提供参考。

Abstract: Focusing on major abiotic stresses,such as drought,salinity,heavy metal and temperature stress,this article reviews the role of arbuscular mycorrhiza in the resistance of horticultural plants. The article also summarizes the functions of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi-specific transcription factors in regulating plant resistance,and discusses the role of exogenous hormones,light,atmospheric CO2 concentration,and other factors in regulating the arbuscular mycorrhizal effects. This article could provide theoretical guidance for taking advantages of arbuscular mycorrhiza in order to improve the resistance of horticultural plants.
