摘要:

柑橘果实浮皮是其成熟后期或采后贮藏过程中发生率较高的一种生理性病害,目前对其发生机理的研究还没有明确的结论,生产上难以对其进行有效的防治。概述了柑橘果实浮皮的症状、主要影响因素及生产上现有的防护措施;针对浮皮发生机理研究进展,重点从细胞形态学变化、细胞生理生化效应及分子调控等方面阐述了目前的研究;探讨了今后的研究重点及未来的应用前景。

Abstract:

Puffing is one of physiological disorders prevalently developed in citrus fruits during ripening or storage. Puffing mechanism remains largely unknown,thus rarely effective measures could be adopted at present to prevent the citrus production from the loss. In this review,we summarize current researches on the puffing symptoms,its development and prevention and we also present these current understanding in puffing mechanisms at levels of cytomorphology,physiology,biochemistry and molecular regulation. Our focus of further research to elucidate the mechanism of citrus puffing and its regulation was also discussed in the line with our current research progress.
