摘要:

‘云贵脆橙’是由‘香水橙’芽变选育而成的少核、低酸、脆肉型甜橙新品种。树势强,果实圆球形,果形指数0.94,果皮橙黄色,果面较光滑,平均单果质量120.5 g。果肉黄色,肉质脆嫩,化渣,风味浓,有香气,汁胞细长,汁多,可溶性固形物含量12.0%,可滴定酸含量0.41%,维生素C含量418.0 mg · L-1,品质优。结果早,丰产。重庆江津地区4月上旬盛花,11月中旬成熟。

Abstract:

‘Yungui Cui Cheng’,a new few-seed sweet orange cultivar with an orange-yellow thin rind,was selected from‘Xiangshui Cheng’strain. It grows strongly. The fruit is nearly round in shape,and the fruit shape index is 0.94. After ripening,the average fruit weight is 120.5 g. The pulp is orange-yellow,fibreless and crisp,with good flavor and aroma. The juice cells are elongated,containing total soluble solids(TSS)of 12.0%,total acid of 0.41%,and vitamin C of 418.0 mg · L-1. Its full bloom occurs in early April,and the fruits mature in mid-November in Jiangjin,Chongqing City.
