摘要: 综述了LOX在果实成熟衰老进程中的最新研究进展, 主要包括LOX与乙烯合成、果实软化、
香气物质合成以及LOX基因家族成员的表达和功能研究。

Abstract: Lipoxygeanse (LOX) plays an important role in the process of fruit ripening and senescence.
Recent advances in physiological and molecular features of LOX during fruit ripening and senescence were re
viewed in the p resent paper. The review covered the relationship s of LOX with ethylene biosynthesis, fruit sof
tening and volatile compounds formation in ripening fruit. The functional specificity of the LOX gene family
memberswas involved aswell.
