Abstract: The polymorphism of four microsatellites(i. e. SSRs)originated from pear or apple genome, respectively, were tested by high resolution melting(HRM)in the F1 progenies produced by crossing a dwarf seedling of the European pear(Pyrus communis L.)cultivar‘Nain Vert’with‘Chili’(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.). The results revealed that there were two genotypes for each of TsuENH042 and Hi15a13,three genotypes for TsuENH081 and one genotype for Hi08d09 in the testing population. The results indicated that HRM technique can be used as an effective methodology in fruits researches for polymorphism detecting or genotype differentiation of microsatellites.
