The RAPD Analysis of the Genetic Diversity in Self-inbred Early Generations of Lilium formolongi

Abstract: In Order to monitor the homozygous progress of inbred breeding in molecular level and to establish homozygousmolecular criteron of inbred lines of Lilium formolongi, the genetic diversity in self-inbred early generations of Lilium form olongiwas studied by RAPD. The results indicated that the percentage of polymorphic bands of F2 , F3 and F4 generations were 59.1%, 56.6%, 48.0% respectively, the Shannon genetic diversity indeces 1.749, 1.530, 1.292 respectively, the mean genetic distances 0.121, 0.207, 0.238 respectively.
Among total variation, intrapopulation genetic diversity accounted for 76.2%, interpopulation for 23.8%.
