摘要:

南瓜果皮颜色不仅是衡量果实发育和成熟状态的重要标志,也是外观品质的重要性状之一。对中国南瓜、印度南瓜、美洲南瓜果皮颜色性状的遗传规律,基因定位和色素代谢调控机制等研究进展进行综述,为南瓜外观品质的改良提供参考。

关键词: 南瓜, 果皮颜色, 遗传规律, 遗传图谱, 色素, 类胡萝卜素

Abstract:

The rind color of Cucurbita is an important trait for evaluating the fruit development and maturity status. To provide theoretical basis for molecular marker assisted breeding and variety improvement,inheritance and gene mapping of rind color,color transforming,and pigment metabolism regulation in Cucurbita were summarized in this review.
