摘要:
以冬瓜父本材料‘zx-15’和母本材料‘zx-101’杂交获得F1代,F1自交获得F2群体,对F2群体的果实及种子的11个性状进行遗传规律分析,并对单果质量影响因子进行通径分析。结果表明,蜡粉有无、种子有棱无棱和种皮光滑对多毛均受单一显性基因控制;单果质量、果实长、果实横径、果肉厚度、果肉硬度、果皮颜色、空腔大小及可溶性固形物含量均为数量性状,其中单果质量和果实横径符合PG-ADI遗传模型,果肉厚度的最佳遗传模型为MX2-ADI-ADI,果肉硬度、可溶性固形物含量和空腔大小的最佳遗传模型为MX2-ADI-AD,果皮颜色的最佳遗传模型为2MG-AD;可溶性固形物含量、空腔大小和果皮颜色主基因遗传率较高,而单果质量和果实横径受微效多基因控制,受环境影响较大。采用逐步回归建立了冬瓜单果质量影响因素的回归模型方程,通径分析表明果实长和果实横径为影响冬瓜产量的主要因素,其中直接影响和相互间接影响作用相当。
