摘要: 黑木耳新品种‘皖黑木耳 1 号(A3)’是从皖南地区野生资源多年系统优选培育而成的优质 品种。子实体多簇生,耳片呈圆形或碗形,大小较均一,耳片较厚,胶质含量多,耳片弹性好,呈深褐 色。每 100 kg 干料平均产干耳 2.21 kg,比当地黑木耳主要栽培品种‘916’增产 10.76%,出耳温度 20.0 ~ 29.0 ℃,耐高温干旱能力较强。适于安徽南部地区栽培。

Abstract: Auricularia heimuer‘Wanheimuer 1(A3)’is a new cultivar with high-quality systematically and preferentially cultivated from wild resources in southern Anhui for many years. It has many clusters of fruiting bodies,round or bowl-shaped ear pieces,uniform in size,thicker ear pieces, more gelatin content,good elasticity of ear pieces and dark brown color. The average yield of dry ear per 100 kg of dry material was 2.21 kg,which was 10.76% higher than the local cultivar‘916’,and the ear emergence temperature of‘Wanheimuer 1(A3)’was 20.0–29.0 ℃,which was more resistant to high temperature and drought. It is suitable for cultivation in southern Anhui.
