Abstract: ‘Xianjiao 301’，a new dry type three-line hybrid pepper cultivar，was bred by Ganjiao 1 A（female parent）and Dafang Xianjiao（male parent）. The long line-shaped is bright，green，and the mature fruit is red. The fruit crisp and slightly spicy，with a length of 24 to 26 cm，a transverse diameter of 1.1 cm and single fruit weight of 11.6 g. The flesh contains vitamin C 2 120 mg · kg-1，capsaicin 0.057%. And the dry matter is 15% in total. The cultivar has good resistance to drought and falling over in the field. It is suitable for open field cultivation in Guizhou Province，with the yield of more than 5 411.25 kg · hm-2
