A New Flowering Chinese Cabbage Cultivar‘Yuetai 5’

摘要: ‘粤薹 5 号’是利用自交不亲和系配制的杂交一代优质菜薹新品种,晚熟,播种至初收 62 d。 叶片长椭圆形,绿色,长 28.1 cm,宽 15.6 cm;主薹高 44.6 cm,粗 3.0 cm,单薹质量 327.8 g。薹色绿, 质爽脆,味甜,可溶性固形物含量 6.56%,蛋白质 2.58%,还原糖 2.5%,粗纤维 0.7%,维生素 C 0.535 mg · g-1。 田间表现适应性、丰产性较好,品质优良。具有产量高、美观等特点。春季产量 22 483.5 kg · hm-2,秋季 产量 31 399.5 kg · hm-2。

Abstract: A new hybrid flowering Chinese cabbage cultivar‘Yuetai 5’was bred from the self-incompatible line T Baicai-2 with in bred line Xiaogang 0-4-0. The cultivar is late-maturing,the leaves are long oval,green,with 28.1 cm in length and 15.6 cm in width. Main sprouts are 44.6 cm high,3.0 cm thick. The coverage sprout weight is 327.8 g. Sprout color is green. It taste crisp and sweet. The souble solids content is 6.56%,protein content is 2.58%,reducing sugar content is 2.5%,crude fibre content is 0.7% and vitamin C content is 0.535 mg · g-1.‘Yuetai 5’showed strong adaptability,good yield and quality. The yield is up to 22 483.5 kg · hm-2 in spring and 31 399.5 kg · hm-2 in autumn.
