河南垂丝海棠品种数量分类研究

Studies on Numerical Taxonomy of the Malus halliana Koehne Cultivars inHenan

摘要: 在对河南省垂丝海棠品种进行调查的基础上, 把数量分类学中的Q型聚类分析方法应用于经
鉴定命名的花果性状齐全的28个品种的分类, 并对51个性状进行了R型聚类分析。Q型聚类分析的结果表明: 花瓣数和果实形状应作为垂丝海棠划分品种群的标准, 并由此将垂丝海棠分为3个品种群: 单瓣海棠品种群、圆果海棠品种群和梨果海棠品种群; 3个品种群的演化顺序为单瓣海棠品种群→圆果海棠品种群→梨果海棠品种群。此外, 聚类分析还表明花朵大小, 果实大小, 花梗和果梗是否下垂, 有无刺状枝,花序下嫩枝长, 开花时幼叶颜色和着毛状况, 花丝颜色等性状可以作为品种群下划分品种的标准。R型聚类分析的结果揭示了51个性状特征中, 幼叶长和幼叶叶柄长(r= 0.897) 、老叶长和老叶叶尖距(r =0.847) 、花冠直径和花瓣长(r=0.761) 、老叶长和老叶中宽(r= 0.721) 、果实纵横茎和果实形状(r=0.710) 、花瓣数和花药色( r = 01747) 的相关系数均大于017, 相关性较强; 其它性状对进化均具有独立
作用, 对以后进行苹果属观赏海棠分类性状的选择起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract: Twenty-eightM alus halliana Koehne cultivars and fifty2one characters were selected for the numerical classification on the basis of investigation in Henan. Q cluster analysis showed that the number of petal and shape of fruitswere served as the group classification criteria. Thus M. halliana cultivarswere separated into three groups: Single annulus group, round fruit group, pear shape fruit group. The single annulus group evolvement to round fruit group, then evolvement to pear shape fruit group. Besides, the analysis also
showed that the other characters such as flower diameter, fruit size, the growth state of footstalk and fruit peduncle, shoot thorn, the length of burgeon under anthotaxy, the color and floss of young leaf at the time of
bloom, the color of flower thread and so on, were served as the cultivar classification criteria. R cluster analysis showed that the fifty-one characters had independent influences on the genetic relationship except leaf length and leafstalk length of young leaf (r=0.897) , mature leaf length and the space from leafwidth to leaf end (r=0.847) , flower diameter and petal length (r= 0.761) , mature leaf length and leaf middle width (r=0.721) , the ratio of fruit vertical length to fruit horizontal length ang fruit shape ( r = 01710) , the num
ber of petal and anther color (r=0.747). All the studies could play a guided role in the selection of classification characteristics of ornamental species of Malus.
