半无叶型菜豌豆af 基因遗传规律研究及其利用

摘要: 对菜豌豆af 基因进行了定位研究, 并将其用于育种。研究结果表明: 菜豌豆半无叶性状受一
对相对基因控制, F2 单株分离符合3∶1 的比例, 普通型为显性性状, 半无叶型为隐性性状, af (小叶突变基因) 与i (子叶颜色基因) 、lf (初花节位基因) 连锁, 位于第一染色体。aflf i 之间, af i 间的图距为6.80 个遗传单位, aflf 间的图距为36.74 个遗传单位。利用af 基因选育出的优质、高产菜豌豆新品种‘须菜1 号’, 具有发达的嫩卷须, 可作龙须菜新菜种; 其嫩茎、嫩荚清香可口。

Abstract: Semi-leafless pea is the mutant of common pea. Cross experiments between semi-leafless pea and common pea were carried out to find out heredity of semi-leafless gene. The results showed that semi-leafless is governed by a recessive gene af . It is linked with i (green cotyledon) and lf (low initial flowering node) on the first chromosome in pea , and the order of them is lf , af and i , i . e. af is between lf and i . Cross-over value between af and i is 6.80 % , and 36.74 % between af and lf . A new semi-leafless vegetable pea cultivar with super-high yield and high nutritional quality. ‘Xucai 1’was bred and selected. Its fresh pods taste delicious. Its extremely developed tendrils can be sold as top grade Longxu vegetable. The tender stems and leaves are also high quality vegetable. Significant value of af in pea breeding was conclusive.
