A New Agaricus bisporus Cultivar‘Fumo 52’

摘要: 双孢蘑菇‘福蘑52’是W192和A15分离的不育单孢杂交获得的新品种。菌落形态为贴生型,菌丝在10 ~ 32 ℃下均能生长,最适24 ~ 28 ℃。结菇温度10 ~ 22 ℃,最适16 ~ 18 ℃。采收时间比W192早2 ~ 3 d。子实体基本散生,品质优良,朵型圆整,组织较结实。菌盖扁半球形,洁白、光滑、无鳞片,抗褐变能力显著强于W192。适用于周年工厂化栽培模式,鲜菇适合鲜销。

Abstract: The new Agaricus bisporus cultivar‘Fumo 52’was obtained by cross-breeding of the sterile homokaryons derived from W192 and A15. Its mycelia on PDA is flattened,which can grow at 10–32 ℃(optimum temperature 24–28 ℃). Its fruiting temperature is 10–22 ℃(optimum temperature 16–18 ℃). The harvest date is 2–3 d earlier than that of W192. The fruitbodies are scattered,tight and round,with good quality. The caps are approximately hemispherical,with white and smooth surfaces,and the browning resistance is much stronger than that of W192. This cultivar is suitable for year-round industrialized cultivation,and the mushroom is suitable for fresh marketing.
