苹果花叶病对‘弘前富士’苹果叶片光合作用及果实品质的影响

Effects of Apple Mosaic Disease on Leaves Photosynthesis and Fruit Quality of‘Hirosaki Fuji’Apple

摘要:

在7年树龄的‘弘前富士’苹果果园中,选择无花叶症状(对照)和花叶症状明显的果树,探究苹果花叶病(apple mosaic disease,AMD)对叶片光合效率以及果实生长发育过程中关键品质指标的影响。结果表明,带有花叶症状叶片的净光合速率(Pn)较无症状对照显著下降,同时伴随胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著升高。在盛花后40 ~ 200 d,每30 d取样测定一次单果质量、果实纵、横径、果皮和果肉硬度、果皮色差及光泽度、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸等指标。花叶病发生显著抑制了单果质量的增加与果实纵横径的膨大,加速了果皮硬度的下降,抑制了可滴定酸的降解,导致固酸比降低,果实可溶性固形物含量、果皮色差与光泽度与对照均无显著差异。

Abstract:

In a seven-year-old‘Hirosaki Fuji’apple orchard,apple trees without mosaic symptoms(control)and those with obvious mosaic symptoms were selected to investigate the effects of apple mosaic disease(AMD)on leaf photosynthetic efficiency and key quality during fruit growth and development. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of leaves exhibiting mosaic symptoms was significantly reduced compared with that of asymptomatic control leaves,accompanied by a significant increase in intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci). From 40 to 200 days after full bloom,measurements were taken every 30 days for indicators including single fruit mass,fruit longitudinal and transverse diameters,peel and flesh firmness,peel color difference and glossiness,soluble solids content,and titratable acidity. The occurrence of mosaic disease significantly inhibited the increase in single fruit mass and the expansion of fruit longitudinal and transverse diameters,accelerated the decline in peel firmness,and suppressed the degradation of titratable acidity,resulting in a reduced solid-to-acid ratio. However,no significant differences were observed between the diseased and control fruits in terms of soluble solids content,peel color difference,or glossiness.
