摘要:
以40份已结果的‘金奉’猕猴桃实生种质为试材,运用离体枝条人工接种溃疡病病菌的方法评价溃疡病抗性,离体果实人工接种软腐病病菌方法评价软腐病抗性;同时检测果形指数、可溶性固形物含量、干物质含量、维生素C含量、糖酸含量等9个指标,分析评价果实品质。基于枝条溃疡病病斑长度和果实软腐病斑直径,可将40份‘金奉’猕猴桃实生种质划分为抗病、耐病、感病及高感4个级别;其中溃疡病抗病种质11份,耐病种质17份,感病种质7份,高感种质5份;软腐病抗病种质13份,耐病种质14份,感病种质9份,高感种质4份;兼具溃疡病、软腐病抗病种质5份。相关性分析表明,果实软腐病抗性与可溶性固形物、干物质及可溶性糖含量等3个关键品质指标间显著相关。通过主成分分析法及因子分析法建立果实品质综合评价模型后,对40份‘金奉’实生种质进行果实品质优劣排序,前5位的种质依次为4-266、8-396、2-112、1-77、5-325,结合溃疡病、软腐病抗性表现,最终筛选出3份高抗病且品质优良的种质(4-266、2-112、1-77)。
