Abstract: ‘Jiangnan Xiaoxin’is a new herbaceous peony cultivar selected from the offspring of artificial hybridization of Paeonia lactiflora. The plant height is about 60 cm，and the stems are stiff with green color. The flower with white petals is globular form，approximately 12 cm in diameter，and it has lower seed setting percentage. It blooms in mid-late April，and the flowering period of single flower is 8–12 d. This cultivar tolerates warm and humid climates. It is suitable for popularization and application in Chinese major herbaceous peony growing areas and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Basin.
