摘要: 综述了近年来水、热因子影响水果品质的主要研究进展,并通过对比国内外果树产区的水热环境因子,分析了当前制约中国部分地区水果品质提升的关键因素,提出了在栽培措施上进行改进以提升果实品质的新思路。

Abstract: In this paper,the main research progress of water and heat factors affecting fruit quality in recent years was summarized. By comparing the water and heat environmental factors in fruit producing areas at home and abroad,the key factors that limit the improvement of fruit quality in some areas of China were analyzed. Based on the results,a new idea of changing the cultivation measures to improve fruit quality was put forward.
