Abstract: Agrobacterium tumiefaciens-mediated regeneration system was established using Anti-TuMV-Nib gene. Cotyledons with petiole from aseptic seedlings of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. pekinensis‘Fushanbaotou’) were used as explants and the transgenic plants were obtained. The analysis of PCR-Southern blotting, RT-PCR and ELISA detection showed that the target gene was integrated into the Chinese cabbage genome and expressed.
