摘要: 以香榧8个主要栽培品种无性系的种子胚乳DNA 为研究材料, 利用23种多态型明显的引物进行了RAPD 分析。结果表明: 8个品种之间在DNA 水平上表现出较大的异质性; 根据RPAD 特异分离谱带确定了各品种的标记基因型, 以此可实现对香榧无性系品种DNA 水平上的鉴别; 以标记基因型为依据对香榧8个品种进行系统聚类分析, 结果与传统形态学分类中的两大类基本吻合。

Abstract: The endosperm DNA samples of the seeds of a same individual plant of eight main cultivars (clones) of Torreya grandis are analyzed with RAPD technology by using 23 primers that have distinct polymor phism。The result indicated that there was a relatively large difference between the eight varieties at the level of DNA molecule; the marker genotype of varieties was established according to particularly isolated bands in the experiments; the clone varieties of Torreya grandis can be identified at the level of DNA molecule according to the marker genotype; the eight varieties of Torreya grandis were analyzed systematically with a assembling analysis tech nology, and the analyt ic result tallied with the two classes of tradit ional morphological classif icat ion on the whole.
