摘要: 对目前已构建的番茄渐渗系(Introgression Line,IL)群体及相关研究进行了概述,包括利用IL群体对抗生物或非生物胁迫、果实品质、产量等基因或QTL的定位,利用IL群体进行QTL遗传效应及互作分析,基因或QTL精细定位、克隆、聚合、代谢组学分析等。对利用IL群体有关研究及存在的问题进行了展望。

Abstract: Research progresses on tomato introgression line(IL)populations were reviewed in this paper,including mapping of QTLs for biotic and abiotic stresses,fruit quality,yield and yield-related traits,genetic analysis and interaction of QTLs,fine mapping,gene/QTLs cloning and pyramiding,and metabolomics. Finally the problems and prospective were discussed when IL populations were used.
