光照强度对蒲公英光合特性及品质的影响

Effects of Light Intensity on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Quality of Taraxacum mongolicum

摘要: 以蒲公英为材料,研究了光照强度对其叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率及品质的影响。结果表明:随着光照强度的降低,光合午休现象不明显,叶片中叶绿素和硝酸盐含量增加,粗纤维和绿原酸含量降低。与其他处理相比,75%平均自然光强(910 μmol·m-2·s-1)下叶片具有最高的净光合速率、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和维生素C含量,绿原酸的含量也相对较高,硝酸盐和粗纤维含量较低。生产上,在910 μmol·m-2·s-1的光强下进行蒲公英栽培,可提高光合效率和产品品质。

Abstract: Under different light intensity, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, and quality of Taraxacum mongolicum were studied. The results indicated that with the decrease of light intensity, photosynthetic midday-depress was weakened, contents of crude-fibre and chlorogenic acid were reduced, while contents of chlorophyll and nitrate were increased. Under the 75% natural light intensity (910 μmol·m-2·s-1), the Pn, contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and vitamin C were the highest among the four treatments; the chlorogenic acid content was higher, contents of nitrate and crude-fibre were lower than the others. When the light intensity for cultivating Taraxacum mongolicum was 910 μmol·m-2·s-1, its photosynthetic efficiency and quality could be improved.
