摘要: 以番茄耐热品种‘02276’和感热品种‘L402’为试材, 观察其在高温下叶绿体的变化情况。结果表明, 高温胁迫破坏番茄叶肉细胞叶绿体被膜和类囊体系统正常的超微结构特征, 并且耐热性不同的番茄品种之间存在明显差异。高温胁迫下叶绿体的形态变化可以作为在细胞水平上评价番茄耐热性的重要指标。

Abstract: Chloroplast ultrastructures changes in mesophyll cells in response to heat stress in thermo-resistant (02276) and thermo-sensitive (L402) cultivars of tomato were investigated. Heat stress damaged the regular ultrastructure of the envelopes and thylakoid systemof chloroplasts in mesophyll cells of tomato. There existed significant differences in the effects of heat stress on chloroplast structure between thermo-resistant and thermo-sensitive cultivars. The changes of chloroplast ultrasture under heat stress could be used as an important index to appraise the heat-tolerablity at the cellular level .
