A New Cranberry Cultivar‘Heyunhong’

摘要: ‘禾韵红’是由吉林农业大学从波兰农业大学引进的30份蔓越橘资源中选育出的新品种。果实大,红至深红色,果肉白色,蜡质层厚,平均单果质量2.44 g,最大单果质量2.90 g。椭圆形,果形指数1.30,整齐度为0.64;质地较硬;风味酸,含可溶性固形物7.63%,可溶性糖5.11%,有机酸1.88%,维生素C 3.62 mg · g-1 FW,花色苷0.225 mg · g-1 FW,出汁率为75.2%。中早熟,在长春地区9月中下旬成熟。丰产性好,适宜长白山、辽东半岛和胶东半岛产区种植,产量18 165 kg · hm-2,可鲜食,也可加工。

Abstract: The new cranberry cultivar‘Heyunhong’was selected from 30 cranberry resources imported from Poland Agricultural University by Jilin Agricultural University. The fruit exhibits a large size and white flesh. The color of fruit ranges from red to deep red and is covered by a thick waxy layer. The average fruit weight is 2.44 g with the maximum weight reaching up to 2.90 g. This fruit is oval-shaped with a fruit shape index of 1.30 and maintains uniformity at 0.64. The texture of the fruit is firm,accompanied by a sour flavor profile. The fruit has a soluble solids content of 7.63%,soluble sugars content of 5.11%,organic acids content of 1.88%,vitamin C content of 3.62 mg · g-1 FW,and anthocyanins content of 0.225 mg · g-1 FW,respectively. Furthermore,the juice rate for this cultivar is approximately 75.2%. It is a mid-early ripening cultivar which ripes in mid to late September. ‘Heyunhong’is suitable for cultivation in the Changbai Mountain,the Liaodong Peninsula,and the Jiaodong Peninsula production areas,with a yield of 18 165 kg ·hm-2 It is appropriate for fresh or processing market.
