摘要: ‘瑞珠是从艾玛蓝(Amblue)的实生后代群体中选育而成的北高丛蓝莓新品种。极早熟,果穗紧密,果实大,平均单果质量2.09 g,最大2.37 g。果实扁圆形,果形指数0.75,果粉厚,亮蓝色。果蒂痕小,采摘时无果皮撕裂现象。果实含可溶性固形物15.94%,可溶性糖11.85%,可滴定酸0.48%,花色苷1.86 mg · g-1 FW,维生素C 122.6 μg · g-1 FW。成熟的果实质地硬,果实酸甜,风味极佳。适宜长白山产区、辽东半岛产区和胶东半岛产区种植,产量10 750 kg · hm-2

Abstract: ‘Ruizhu’is a new super-early maturing cultivar of northern highbush blueberry selected from the inbred progeny of‘Amblue’. This cultivar exhibits a dense fruit cluster and large individual fruit,with an average weight of 2.09 g and the largest recorded at 2.37 g. The berry is oblate,with a fruit shape index of 0.75. It displays a thick fruit powder and bright blue. The pedicel scar is small,with no tearing observed during harvesting. The fruit contains 15.94% soluble solids,11.85% soluble sugars,0.48% titratable acids,1.86 mg · g-1 FW anthocyanins,and 122.6 μg · g-1 FW vitamin C. The fruit is firm in texture and has an excellent flavor with well-balanced sweetness and acidity. It is suitable for cultivation in the Changbai Mountain production area,the Liaodong Peninsula production area,and the Jiaodong Peninsula production area,with a yield of 10 750 kg · hm-2.
