A New Anoectochilus roxburghii Cultivar‘Jinmai 1’

摘要: ‘金脉1号’是采用系统选育法从福建南靖金线莲资源群体中选出的金线莲新品种。生长势较强,栽培180 d后株高60 mm以上。叶片长卵形至椭圆形,厚;正面墨绿色至暗紫红色,背面紫红色;叶缘波状,叶脉主脉两侧金黄或橙黄色,渐变为橙红至金红色。茎粗2.40 ~ 4.07 mm,淡棕红色;组培苗栽培6个月后平均百株鲜质量约为213.0 g,干品粗多糖含量29.50%、总黄酮(以水仙苷计)0.51%、蛋白质8.95%、金线莲苷11.80%,水仙苷为0.181%。抗根腐病。适宜福建省海拔400 ~ 1 000 m林下春季种植。

Abstract: Jinmai 1is a new variety of Anoectochilus roxburghii selected from the germplasm population in Nanjing,Fujian,by the systematic selection method. The cultivar exhibits strong growth,and the plant height is more than 60 mm after 180 days of cultivation. The leaves are thick,ranging from ovate to elliptical in shape. The adaxial surface of the leaves is dark green to dark purplish red,and the abaxial surface is purplish red. The leaf margins are undulate. Leaf veins are golden yellow or orange yellow on both sides of the main veins,gradually turning orange-red to golden red. The stem is 2.40–4.07 mm thick and light brownish red. After 6 months,the average fresh weight of 100 plants is about 213.0 g. The dry product contains 29.50% crude polysaccharides,0.51% total flavonoids(calculated as narcissoside),8.95% protein,11.80% A. roxburghii saponin,and 0.181% narcissoside. It is resistant to root rot and is suitable for spring planting under the forest in Fujian at an altitude of 400–1 000 m.
