摘要: ‘青酥10号’为中熟优质高产菜用大豆新品种。植株直立,有限结荚,单株结荚50个以上,其中2 ~ 3粒荚率72%以上,荚色绿,荚毛灰白稀疏,2 ~ 3粒荚长6.75 cm,荚宽1.45 cm。鲜豆百粒质量96.1 g,鲜豆出仁率53.2%,鲜籽粒易烧煮,吃起来口感糯、微甜,品质优。对光周期不敏感,适合江、浙、沪、皖地区春、夏、秋3季露地栽培。

Abstract: ‘Qingsu 10’is a new vegetable soybean cultivar with middle maturity,good quality and high yield. This is a cultivar with erect stem and determinate characteristics. The pod number of each plant is more than 50,proportion of 2–3 grains is 72%. Fresh pod is green,with few white down. The length and width of pod with 2–3 grains are more than 6.75 cm and 1.45 cm,respectively. The weight of 100 fresh grain is 96.1 g,and the grain is coating chorion,easy to cooking,tasting glutinous and light sweet. This cultivar suits to be planted in open field of Shanghai,Anhui,Zhejiang and Jiangsu in Spring,Summer and Autumn.
