摘要:
从柑橘果皮的生物活性物质和果皮相关重要园艺性状两方面综述了近年来的研究进展,并提出了未来的发展趋势。柑橘果皮富含果胶、精油、类黄酮、类柠檬苦素、类胡萝卜素和香豆素等多种生物活性物质,具有独特的营养价值,有维护健康和防治疾病之功效,是生产和开发功能性食品、保健品及药物的重要原料。柑橘果皮相关的园艺性状决定了果实的外观,对果实的商品性有重要影响。随着对柑橘CCD4b和Ruby等调控果皮颜色的关键基因作用机理的深入研究,逐步明确了柑橘果皮红色和紫红色的遗传调控机制。柑橘果皮的光滑度、厚度、硬度与剥皮性亦是不可忽视的园艺性状,这直接影响果实的外观、耐贮运性和食用方便性,且与粗皮大果和浮皮等生理性病害密切相关,目前这些性状的分子生理和遗传调控机制研究报道较少。随着人们对柑橘营养以及品质要求的全方面提升,需要加强对柑橘果皮生物活性物质代谢以及果皮相关园艺性状的分子调控机制的研究。
