摘要: 枇杷萜类物质,尤其是三萜酸,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖等生物活性,在现代医学及枇杷农艺产品开发中日益受到关注,目前枇杷三萜酸等活性物质的鉴定、分离和代谢调控已成为其学术研究和产业发展中的重要领域。本文对枇杷三萜酸和倍半萜的组分鉴定和其生物活性研究进展进行综述,重点归纳三萜酸的生物合成关键酶基因鉴定及重要萜类物质合成转录调控的研究进展,以期为利用生物发生器等生物—代谢工程技术生产靶标组分提供理论参考。

Abstract: Terpenoids,especially triterpene acids in loquat has efficacy on anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,tumor cell proliferation-resistance for abundant pharmacological constituents. In the last decades,increasing attention about terpenoids was given in the food industry and medicine production. Accordingly,study about the triterpene acid biosynthesis and its relative bioactive components utilization in loquat gains more and more concerns. In this manuscript,we presented the advances of triterpene acids and sesquiterpenoids identification in loquat and bioactive activity assessment. The latest identified key enzyme or rate-limiting enzyme genes regulating terpene biosynthesis were also introduced. This manuscript aimed to make a brief summary of loquat terpenoid,which will be helpful for the related researches such as the utilization of bio-engineering in loquat to produce target terpenoid components.
